Warehouse
To all prospective suppliers, Nemesis Now Ltd requires the construction of a temporary warehouse building adjacent to our existing warehouse. The property is situated at 108-114 City Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2PH. The works are to be executed in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) CDM Regulations 2015 with amendments stated in the preliminaries in the Employers requirements.

Warehouse Quotation Application Process
All tender submissions need to be submitted with the following words in the TITLE of the email, or written on the envelope QUOTATION SUBMISSION for Temporary Structure - this must be in bold capitals as given here to enable clear identification of tender to enable a fair process.

The works are to be executed in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) CDM Regulations 2015 with amendments stated in the preliminaries in the Employers requirements.
