Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we do have a showroom. You can find information about our showroom and how you can arrange a visit to our showroom on our showroom page.

Do I need a user name and password to access wholesale prices?

You will require a username and password to login and view our prices. If you already have an account with us your details would have been emailed out to you. If you have lost or forgotten your details please use our password recovery feature on the login page or contact our sales team using the contact form and they will be able to email these details back out to you.

Why are there up to three prices displayed?

All of our prices have a single item price and a quantity discount price displayed. The first price you will see is the single item price after this you will see the discount quantities and prices. For example if the quantity discount level is 4 you will need to buy 4 or more of that item to get the discounted price displayed.

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices shown are excluding VAT. This will be added at the end of your order if required.

How much is shipping?

UK customers will receive free delivery on all orders over £250 (excluding VAT). For all orders under £250 a £10 shipping charge will be incurred.

For all other countries our shipping prices are as follows:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.Zone A
€50 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 10% of your total order value.
Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland.Zone B
€75 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 15%.
Rest of the World.Zone C

How long will I need to wait for delivery?

UK customers will usually receive your order within 2-4 working days.

For all orders outside the UK you will receive your order in 3-5 working days. Countries in Zones B or C will take a little longer and we will try to give you an accurate delivery date when your order has been despatched.

Do you have a minimum order?

For any UK customer who is placing their first order we have a minimum order value of £250 (excluding VAT). This only applies to your first order, any orders after this are not subject to a minimum order value. For all customers outside the UK we have a minimum order of €500 for EU customers. After your first order you can order any value you want but delivery charges will apply

What methods of payment do you accept?

Nemesis Now we are able to take all types of payments; you can pay for your order by VISA/Credit or Debit Card payments using our secure online checkout.

Is my payment secure?

All payments are secure and within PCI (Payment Card Industries) guidelines within the UK.

How will my order be packed?

Your order will be packed into boxes or pallets depending on the size of your order and delivery requirements.

What do we do about breakages or damaged items?

If an item is damaged or faulty you will need to inform our sales team within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team may require images of the damages or may need to arrange a collection of the items. Please contact our customer services team using the contact form or call us on 01782 596660.

What mark-up can I realistically add to the wholesale prices?

The price in which you sell the items is at your own discretion. Standard RRP is calculated at a 2.4 mark up.

How do I change my details with you?

You can update most of your account details online in your account settings. Alternatively you can contact our customer services team by using the contact form on the contact page or telephoning us on 01782 596660. Our customer services team will be able to update your account details for you over the telephone.

How can I locate my delivery?

The delivery details are provided once the order has been despatched. If the order has not been delivered when expected, you can contact our sales team who will be able to contact the courier for you.

Which couriers are used?

We will use a wide range of couriers depending on the size of your order and the location. If you have a particular request for a courier please make our sales team aware and they will be able to let you know if this is possible.

When is such an item in stock?

All out of stock products that have a confirmed delivery date in our system will show a stock due in date in the product information. If there isn’t a confirmed date for the product to arrive into our warehouses he product will show as “Out of Stock” until a date has been confirmed. Please note all stock due in dates are estimated and are subject to change. Please use these dates as a guideline.

Do you do Drop Shipping?

Unfortunately we cannot offer drop shipping at the moment. This is a service that we may offer in the future.

If you are a registered customer please contact us and we will send you a copy of our catalogue and the latest Nemesis News update with your next order.
