At Nemesis Now, customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Up until now, we have remained open as we are dedicated to supporting you in any way we can, especially during unprecedented times such as these.
However, in line with the UK Government’s latest public health advice, it is with a heavy heart that we have taken the decision to suspend our warehousing operations with key departments working from home, where possible.
Nemesis Now supports the government in the eradication of COVID-19 and so during this time there will be a few changes to our business which can be seen below:
- All existing orders will be held for dispatch until our return.
- You will still be able to place new orders through our website, however, these will not be dispatched until our return.

If government restrictions are lifted on the 14th April we will return to our normal services. We will keep you updated of any changes via our website, email and social media platforms.
When will my order be dispatched?
At this time our warehouse operations have been suspended and so no orders will be leaving us. All orders currently in the system or new orders placed on our website will be dispatched on our return on 14th April 2020 (subject to change)
Can I still place an order?
Yes! Our website is still live and so orders can still be placed there. These will be dispatched on our return.

Our warehouse operations have been suspended however key departments will be working from home, where possible, to answer your queries.
Will you still be accepting trade application submissions?
Yes. However, there will be a delay in processing all trade applications made after 23/03/2020. These applications will be processed when normal operations resume.
