Q) I want to start trading with you what do i do? A) That's great news! You can submit a trade application today by simply going to the "Contacts" page and clicking the "Trade application form". We will process your application as quickly as possible and have you online in no time. | |

Q) I have damages what do I do? A) We are sorry to hear that your goods have arrived damaged. Unfortunately these things do occasionally happen when shipping fragile goods. Please contact us via telephone (01782 596660), fax (01782 501192), using the contact form or email. Please provide a description of the damages. A member of the sales team will contact you to arrange collection of the damaged goods and arrange replacement items or a refund (credit). | |

Q) When is such an item in stock? A) If a product is "out of stock" and we have a delivery date the product will display "Awaiting Stock" and a estimated delivery date is displayed as "Due in:". If the date is not displayed this is because we do not have a shipment date for this item yet, these items will display "Out of Stock". As soon as the date is available the date will be displayed. Out of stock items may say "Awaiting Stock" or "Pre-Order". Pre-orders are only available on selected new lines. | |

Q) Is there a retailer in my area? A) Please visit the contacts page and fill in the "Retail Enquiries" form we will email you a shop where the items you are looking for will be available. | |

Q) We are not based in the UK, do you distribute to my country? A) We ship goods outside the UK but please get in touch using the contact form before applying for trade access. We may know a supplier in your area that we can recommend. | |

Q) What is item... made of? A) If you look at the products "Product Details" the info will in most cases be in the description information. To view the product details click on the products picture or the "Product Details" link under the Add To Cart button. The majority of our figurines are made from cold-cast resin. A sculpture is made in wax and then from this sculpt a mould is made. The resin is cast in the mould before being hand painted by highly skilled figure painters. | |

Q) What is the minimum order? A) Your first order needs to be £250 or more. Any orders after that have no minimum order restrictions. | |

Q) How much is shipping? A) FREE for orders over £250, any orders under this will be charged £10 + VAT. | |

Q) What do the prices mean? A) The prices displayed are single item prices and the quantity discounts (or pack prices). Eg 4+ for £2.00 would mean that if you buy 4 or more they would cost £2.00 each. All prices exclude VAT. | |

Q) Do you have any Point of Sale (POS) that we can use? A) We have some point of sale that you can download and print from the "Your Account" section of the website. At the moment we cannot provide printed POS. Downloads are only available to logged in customers. | |

Q) Do you do Drop Shipping? A) Unfortunately we cannot offer drop shipping at the moment. This is a service that we may offer in the future. | |

Q) Can I get a Catalogue? A) If you have trade access you can download the latest catalogues from the download page in the "Your Account" area. If you would prefer a printed version please request one next time you place your order and we will send you one in the post. | |

Q) I can't see your prices. A) You must be logged in to view the prices. If you are having technical difficulties please contact Nemesis Now using the contact form or telephone (01782 596660) and we will look into the matter immediately. | |

Q) Do I have to order online? A) Certainly not, we have a number of ways that you can order including telephone (01782 596660), Fax (01782 501192), email, post or you can request a sales representative to visit you. | |

Q) Do your prices include VAT? A) No, all of our prices online and in our catalogues are excluding VAT. | |

Q) Is you site secure, I don't want to pay online. A) Yes our website is secure. As a customer of Nemesis Now you never have to pay online. Non account customers will be contacted before despatch for payment. | |

Q) How do I sign up to be an account customer? A) Please call the Nemesis Now sales team to find out more or use the contact form to request a member of the team to call you. | |

Q) How are products packed? A) Products are packed individually (a few items in multiples, see descriptions) in cardboard cartons with polystyrene around the product to protect them in transit. These cartons are carefully packed into outer boxes for despatch. | |
